Your Instructor

Hello, I’m Kevin, my interest in Tai Chi began over 15 years ago through a desire to find a form of exercise that promotes health, relaxation and balance while suitable for my level of fitness at the time.

I teach the traditional Yang Style of Tai Chi, which is known for its slow, flowing movements and emphasis on posture and mindful movement.

Classes are designed to provide a friendly and welcoming environment where complete beginners can learn at a comfortable pace. My aim is to make each class clear, enjoyable and accessible.

Whether you are looking for gentle exercise, greater confidence in your balance, improved flexibility or simply an hour of calm in your week, you will be encouraged to progress at your own pace.

I look forward to welcoming you to the class.
